Nedbank's Chartered Accountant (CA) Training Programme is designed for aspiring accountants who want to tailor their rotations according to their unique career aspirations. Trainees will gain hands-on experience across various divisions within the bank while adhering to the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) Training Regulations. The programme aims to develop professionals who can add value to business processes and contribute to the Nedbank CA Training Programme.

Responsibilities

• Rotate into various divisions within the bank during the three-year training period
• Manage deliverables within reasonable turnaround times while improving business processes and systems
• Proactively manage learning and development in line with SAICA's technical and professional skill requirements
• Participate in Programme committees (Marketing, Recruitment, Social Committee) to enhance professional development
• Contribute to Nedbank’s transformation goals and company culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
• SAICA Accredited Accounting Undergraduate Qualification
• Honours, or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting or an equivalent programme that grants access to SAICA’s Initial Test of Competence (ITC)
